On Thursday, 26 March 2026 (19:00–23:00), Culebra will visit Zofingia Bern for a private evening dedicated to cigars, conversation, and craftsmanship. This Culebra Private Event Bern is strictly invite-only, reserved for Zofingia members and their invited guests. There is no public registration and no published ticket price.

The evening takes place at the Zofingerhaus “La Blanche”, located at Alpeneggstrasse 8, 3012 Bern. The house is designed for gatherings and offers a fitting setting for an unhurried evening and real discussion.

We’ll share our flavour profile in approachable language and help guests notice how aroma, texture, and balance evolve as the cigar develops.

About Zofingia Bern

Zofingia Bern is closely connected to the early history of the Schweizerischer Zofingerverein, a Swiss student association founded in the early 19th century. On 23 October 1818, Zurich students invited their Bernese peers to commemorate the 300th anniversary of Zwingli’s first evangelical sermon (1518) — an early moment that strengthened shared student culture between the cities.

Shortly afterwards, from 21 to 24 July 1819, students met in Zofingen and founded the Swiss Zofingerverein. Within a year, around 120 students from Bern, Zurich, Lucerne and Vaud were active in the association. Over time, the Zofingia developed a visible identity (including its traditional colours) and navigated the cultural and political debates of its era.

Culebra is a Swiss cigar brand founded in 2025 — the Chinese Year of the Snake. The name Culebra means “snake” in Spanish. We create handmade cigars produced in the Dominican Republic, in an industry defined by tradition and craft.
